Frequently Asked Questions

What types of temporary assignments are available?

KLR offers a variety of challenging assignments. Law firms and corporations often use teams of temporary employees in large scale litigations, IPOs, and mergers and acquisitions and other labor intensive matters where time is critical. Typical job responsibilities include assisting in document review, due diligence, discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial follow-up.

Another frequent request from our clients is for high-end specialists with expertise in a particular practice area. These employees generally have a number of years of experience and are highly compensated.

Perhaps the most commonly known use of legal temporary employees is to fill a vacancy created by an open position or an extended leave. Temporary employees in these positions are often converted to full-time employment with our customers.
